Frames might not be needed anymore with Etch, given the native components they are building and the newer ACSS features.
It might end up being needed only for Bricks projects.
It might also still be required to extend ACSS.
We are keeping an eye on the updates they will be making and will update the docs and boiler as needed.
If it ends up being needed only for Bricks, this entry will be moved to MAC Starter Bricks.
